Ayurveda - (science of life) a Sanskrit word derived from two roots. Ayu meaning life and Veda meaning knowledge or science. A process of purification and rejuvenation, a balancing of the Tri Dosha. Ayurveda identifies three basic metabolic body types corresponding to three basic life energy forces or doshas. Widely regarded as the oldest form of healthcare in the world and originated in India thousands of years ago. Ayurveda Panchakarma training is delivered over 5 days.
Candidates must hold a recognized qualification in Anatomy & Physiology and Massage.
